These activities include, but are not limited to, hiring and firing of staff, selection of board members, volunteers, vendors and provision of services.

For purposes of this policy, the term volunteer shall include all individuals providing service to or on behalf of the White River Watchers of Madison County, Inc. without receiving payment or stipend, including but not limited to board members and volunteers.
