*      Earth Day:  There is a new location for Earth Day 2009.  The celebration will be April 25, 2009 from 11AM to  4PM at North Elementary School.  There will be booth space indoors and out.  We decided on a booth outside.  Wal-Mart will pass out bags and talk about what Wal-Mart does for "green".  Kim suggested signage to remind people to use their cloth re-usable bags.  This would have to be approved by Wal-Mart home office.  Wal-Mart will have a 2 week program to bring awareness to Earth Day and it's stewardship message.  There will be booths inside the store where 4,000 - 5,000 people may pass  by.

*      Adopt-a-River:  The Wal-Mart on Scatterfield Road will commit to adopting a section of the White River within Madison County.  They will adopt a portion of the White River from Chesterfield to Mounds State Park.

The meeting was adjourned.
