Minutes: The minutes for the meeting of
August 15, 2005 were approved as written.
Treasurer’s Report: There was $30,696
in the treasury. The minutes were approved.
Old business:
A motion was made, seconded and approved to give the
Tipton's a $25 gift certificate for allowing the WRW to use their
property as a drop-off point at the Sept. 10th clean-up.
The county has volunteered to help transport tires
retrieved in the clean-up
There was discussion where to clean next
Kim was thanked for an excellent news letter
New business:
Alan Kilburn used John’s boat with tires and won first
prize in the Lapel homecoming parade fort he 2nd year.
There was discussion on buying various typed and
pieces of equipment
There was discussion about advertising and
volunteering to help youth groups to get started with their own
clean-ups
A motion was made, seconded and approved to
adjourn
