July 16, 2007

Minutes:  Minutes for the meeting of June 18, 207 were approved.

Treasurer’s Report:  Motions were made, seconded and passed to reimburse Kim for the amount of $125.39 for supplies; to pay Broadway press: and to pay the $252 premium for one day coverage for our 10 year celebration.  Our ending balance was $26,501.14.  The treasurer’s report was approved.

Riverfest:  The following details were finalized:

            Crist will pick up the trailer.

            John Bundy will allow us to use his picture panels.

            Crist will have a slide display.

            Volunteers are to be there at 7AM.

            The City of Anderson will take the tires.

            There will be a small dumpster at River Bend Park.

            Jerry will be at River Bend Park to assist with taking out the canoes.

            There will be 16 canoes.

            There was discussion as to where the fliers are and should be placed.

            We will be able to park in the state parking lot.

            Kim will cal Helen Ween about some frames for signs.

            We will have a recognizance float.
