For the meeting of

August 15, 2005

Minutes:  The minutes for the meeting of July 18, 2005 were approved of as written.

Treasures Report:  The treasurer’s report was approved.

Education Report:  There was discussion about next years YMCA Youth Education Day. 

Clean-ups:

      Dick Fetty will know more about the Aug. 27^th clean-up on Sat.  Contact Dick Fetty for details if you are interested in going.

      SEPT clean-up:  We will register at John Johnson’s place at 8:30 AM. Details were discussed.  We will rent the canoes from the Sinks’ livery.  There will be signs on 8^th street and at John’s for directions.  Call John for directions.  Helen will check on the price for signs to be used at clean-ups and other event.  A motion was made, seconded and passed to purchase 6 frames.

Christmas Party:  There was discussion about where to have the party which will be held on Dec. 19^th.  A motion was made to use the Loose Funeral Home.  There was discussion and the motion was tabled until next meeting.
